RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we’ll be happy to help with a store credit return on orders over $75 within 14 days of purchase from www.lucinorganics.com. Please send us your order # and your reason for returning to info@lucinorganics.com and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. We accept returns for US orders only.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, your store credit will be sent within 3-5 business days. US orders only.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lucinorganics.com.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATIONS

Some products have the option for a recurring subscription option. If selected you can cancel your subscription after two orders have been fulfilled according to the duration you select.
